By downloading or using Ballune, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Service scope

Ballune is provided as an evolving software service. Features, balances, behaviors, availability, and content may change over time as the app is improved.

2. Important product discretion disclaimer

SJW Software retains sole discretion to design, develop, rebalance, modify, suspend, or remove app features and systems at any time, with or without notice.

This includes updates that may affect existing balloons, their behavior, access, visibility, persistence, utility, or related in-app experiences.

It also includes changes that may affect Balluni balances, earning rates, redemption paths, in-app pricing, or perceived/relative value.

3. Balluni and virtual items

Balluni and any related virtual goods are in-app digital items for app functionality only. They are not money, do not represent stored monetary value, and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

4. Safety

Please do not use your phone or other devices while driving. If you are in a vehicle, wait until you are safely parked before interacting with Ballune.

5. User responsibilities

You agree to use Ballune lawfully and respectfully, and not to misuse the app, interfere with service operation, or attempt unauthorized access.

6. Availability and updates

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, outages, and updates may temporarily impact access or behavior.
